Capital Punishment also called the death penalty is execution of an offender sentenced to death after being convicted by a court of law by criminal defense. I feel that nobody has the right to take a person life away but God himself ,because he was the person who gave us the privilege to live life. Capital punishment is wrong either way it goes and should not be in option in the court room or in prison. It is wrong for the government to allow a person to be killed by lethal injection.
The purpose of criminal punishment is to determine the future criminal conduct. The deterrence theory assumes that a rational person will avoid criminal behavior if the severity of the punishment for that behavior ,and the perceived certainly of receiving the punishment combine to outweigh the benefits of the illegal conduct.( Crime Files Series) Although the accuracy of the many assumptions behind the deterrence approach is itself a matter of dispute, the deterrent value of a particularly severe punishment.
I don’t think that capital punishment should be allowed in the world at all because kill people is wrong . People might say “Well people kill each other all the time.” Yes that’s true but killing people for no reason is wrong, no matter what the crime is Either way it goes we don‘t have the right to kill no one no matter if they robbed us. . For example when someone breaks in your house and tries to steals from you then people say that yes I have the right to kill them. No you don’t have the right to kill them no matter what they are doing. It may be wrong but in time they will get what they deserve. By us trying to kill them , we might end up losing our life. Your life can’t be replace but material things like clothes and stuff can be replaced.
Capital punishment dos not bring a victim back it may provide some form of satisfaction for the victims family. Justice can not be served by the government’s attempt to make an example of the importance of one life by taking another life. In my option the government should find another form of punishment. One form of punishment , already in practice is jail sentence. Jail sentence is sometimes looked at negativity because it affects every tax paying citizen financially. None the less no one should want any part of taking the life of another even that person did not feel the same. Another form of punishment could be rehabilitation camp. AT this camp they will do things that will help them over come the crimes that they have done and help them get closer to God.
For a minute, I want someone to imagine that this was one of your children or family members that was about to get the death penalty. Things in people mind would change because instead of someone they have never meant on trail it will be someone that they love. People don’t think about the other people when in a case like this because they are just mad and want the person to die for the crime that they did. Even know the person will get the death penalty this still will not bring that loved one back when the other person gets the death penalty. So in the end it will just be two families that are mad and still feel like justice is not served. Justice is the use of authority to upload what is just. Justice wouldn’t be served because a person life will just be taken away. It want stop the pain or the hurt that someone has cause you because of the crime the guilty person did. Even know the guilty person did these , no will ever know why if someone don’t sit down and really ask them the question.

1. I am reevaluating my paper, It was on capital punishment and why I don't agree with it, What else should I included in my paper. What was my paper missing? What else can I put in my paper?

2. Can I evaluate abortion in the world or in Hattiesburg? I think that would be a good paper, why I don't agree with it and why I do agree wit it.

Should I write like I don't agree with capital punishment? What else can I write? Help !!!
